Appellate Division of the Supreme Court to handle cases

Qualification and Experience: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Law from a recognized University of Bangladesh and should be a Bangladesh Bar Council Certificate holder. Admission as a lawyer in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and at least five (5) years of experience in handling cases in that division.
For handling cases in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court

Qualification and Experience: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Law from a recognized University of Bangladesh and should be a Bangladesh Bar Council Certificate holder. A member of the Bar Association of any district affiliated to West Zone Power Distribution Company Limited and must have at least seven (7) years of experience in handling cases in that department.
For handling cases in District and Sessions Judges/Equivalent Courts
No. of Posts: 12
Qualification and Experience: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Law from a recognized University of Bangladesh and should be a Bangladesh Bar Council Certificate holder. Must have at least seven (7) years of experience in admission as a lawyer in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and handling cases in the District and Sessions Judge/equivalent courts.
