Written Examination of Bangladesh Bar Council for lawyer admission is on December 19, 2020

Bangladesh Bar Council has announced the rescheduled date of written examination for the admission of lawyers. The test was supposed to be held on September 26 (Saturday). As per new notice the written exam will be held on December 19, 2020 (Saturday). The information was revealed in a notice signed on November 25 on the website of the Bangladesh Bar Council, the only body that regulates and certifies lawyers. 

According to the notification, the written examination will be held at different centers of Dhaka City on December 19, from 9 am to 1 Candidates can participate in the written examination with the admit card issued for the MCQ test held on February 26 this year. The detailed schedule and other instructions including the center name as per the roll number will be announced later on the Bar Council website (http://www.barcouncil.gov.bd). 

However , those who failed the written test once before December 19, 2017 will be able to participate in the written test for the second time on the fulfillment of required procedures; the Bar Council said in the notice.
